Revit Level 1

Revit Level 1 introduces students to the fundamental principles and basic functionalities of Autodesk Revit, a leading software application for Building Information Modeling (BIM). This course is designed for individuals with little to no prior experience with Revit or BIM, aiming to provide them with a solid foundation in using the software for architectural design and documentation.

Through a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises, participants will learn essential concepts such as creating and manipulating building elements, generating 3D models, and producing construction documentation. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the Revit user interface, navigating the software efficiently, and utilizing key tools and features effectively.

By the end of this course, participants will have gained the necessary skills to navigate Revit confidently, create basic building models, and produce essential construction documentation. Whether for students pursuing careers in architecture, engineering, or construction, or professionals seeking to enhance their skill set, Revit Level 1 provides a solid starting point for harnessing the power of BIM technology in the AEC industry.

Prerequisites: Prior CAD experience is recommended but not needed.

Course Length: 3 days 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Cost: $625.00
